Using Azure Shared Image Gallery replicaCount for higher scale concurrent VM deployments

One of the many new and exciting capabilities of the Azure Shared Image Gallery is the concept of replicaCount which is the number of copies of the image that will be kept in a region. Having more copies can help with higher scale concurrent VM deployments from a custom image and prevent the single managed image becoming a bottleneck.

I created the following simple example showing how to create Azure Shared Image Gallery image with multiple replicas and use it to deploy multiple VMs —
